Sam Hurd is in a heap of trouble.
The Chicago Bears wide receiver was arrested and charged with a federal crime for purchasing and intending to distribute cocaine.
No one would have thought that Hurd was one of the biggest drug dealers in the city of Chicago, but according to the Chicago Tribune, that is the case.
Hurd was arrested after accepting a kilogram of cocaine from an informant and undercover federal agent. During the meeting, Hurd agreed to purchase approximately $75,000 in drugs per month.
That doesn’t bode well for his NFL future or for his wife and kid. To make matters worse, 670 The Score is reporting that more than 10 NFL players purchased drugs from Hurd.
