News that Fuller wouldn’t return to action at Soldier Field was reported by the Bears’ official Twitter account:

Following the game, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported on Fuller’s status:

Fuller was the No. 14 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft and has fared well for Chicago when he’s been on the field and healthy. However, he’s dealt with hand and hip injuries already in his maiden NFL campaign.

The Bears have been banged up on defense this season and ranked 25th against the pass entering Sunday’s contest. Losing such a talented rookie in Fuller will only exacerbate Chicago’s problems in the secondary.
