Reigning Pro Bowl MVP Brandon Marshall and quarterback Jay Cutler have been reunited.

The Miami Dolphins have agreed to send their mercurial wide receiver to the Chicago Bears for a 2012 and 2013 third-round draft choice.

The move was reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter via his Facebook page.

While it is unclear why the Dolphins let go of Marshall, it’s certainly an interesting development that calls Miami’s acquisition of Peyton Manning into question.

As for Chicago, they instantly become an offensive powerhouse with the three-headed monster of Cutler, Marshall and Matt Forte .

While previously together in Denver, Marshall had two seasons in which he had 100 receptions and 1,000 yards receiving with Cutler throwing the ball his way. The Bears are hoping to have the same success as they have their first elite-level receiver in over a decade.
