Since Brian Urlacher became a member of the Chicago Bears 12 years ago, he’s been the backbone of one of the league’s most dominant defensive units. 

Unfortunately, at the age of 34, his years of service are beginning to take a toll on his body, and his status for Sunday’s season opener is currently up in the air. 

Nonetheless, Brian Urlacher is still the Bears’ most important veteran asset. 

Whether it be his undisputed leadership, experience or skill on the field, this ageless wonder is still one of the best at his position.
