The National Football League’s slate of 11 nationally televised preseason games will feature the entire 2010 playoff field, one of the highlights of the 65-game 2011 NFL preseason schedule announced today.

The 2011 preseason will (hopefully) kick off on Sunday, August 7 (NBC, 8 PM ET) in Canton, Ohio when the Chicago Bears face the St. Louis Rams in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game. I’m happy to say I will be in Canton for the seventh straight year covering the Enshrinement.

The Super Bowl XLV champion Green Bay Packers will be showcased on national TV when the Pack faces the Indianapolis Colts on Friday, August 26 (CBS, 8 p.m. ET) at Lucas Oil Stadium—the site of Super Bowl XLVI.

Of course, this is all assuming there’s even going to be a 2011 NFL preseason—or a 2011 season for that matter.
