The Chicago Bears have a golden chance to make the NFL playoffs this year, but the Bears squandered that opportunity and some personnel might take the fall. 

While losing quarterback Jay Cutler and running back Matt Forte hurt, the Bears should not be 0-4 and playing as poorly as they have been. 

With this year almost buried in the coffin, the Bears need to get rid of unproductive members to resurrect their playoff hopes for 2012.
