It was an abysmal night for Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears, suffering a 24-20 heart breaker against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Cutler threw yet another game ending pick while the Bears offense was driving the field.

Unfortunately for Cutler, it wasn’t the only time he was picked off.

On the drive home Cutler was speeding through a suburban side road, and blew through a stop sign.  The officer that pulled him over was baffled because Cutler knew that several cops covered the area.

“I couldn’t believe that he thought he could get past us.  I mean, there’s always 2-3 cars sitting there”, said the officer that wrote the ticket, and asked to remain anonymous.

Cutler declined to comment, but Carol Townsend watched from her front lawn.

“I didn’t like his body language as the officer was writing the ticket.  He looked like he was going to do it again the next time he drove by here,” said Townsend, “I think I heard him on the phone with Ron Turner who said he would re-route him with less stop signs.”

When questioned, Lovie Smith said that next time Cutler should take the bus, and to get off of it running, as to avoid any further contact with anyone not named Greg Olsen.

This is Cutler’s 18th traffic ticket in 2009.
