We often look too much at the failures of the first round history of the Chicago Bears in the NFL draft. That list is a list all too familiar to Bears fans, almost as familiar as the list of quarterbacks over the last two decades. What the Bears have done well, regarding the draft, is find late diamonds in the rough. And with no first or second round picks, the Bears will have to do so in this draft to compete next season. If only the Bears knew how to draft in the first round...
